1 - Introduction¶

The User Defined Range filter appears on the Buck and Doe Type pages and only when the Traits - User Range option is chosen from the ListBy filter on those pages. The filter allows you to choose a range of TraitAvg scores and results will be return for animals in that range only. The filter is very flexible and can be used to select narrow as well as wide ranges.

2 - User Defined Range Dropdownlists¶

The User Defined Range filter is made up of 2 separate dropdownlists: one to select a center value and another to set the range window around the center value. The lower bound is the Center - Window. The upper bound is Center + Window. For example: If the center value is 25 and the window is +/-5, the range of values returned will be between 20 and 30.
